Buffing Machine

A Buffing machine is used mainly in copper rolling industry. It is useful for oxide scale removal after annealing-pickling line or finishing process before shipment. There are 2 types of Buff support. The one is cantilevered and another is both ends support. Both are very easy for exchanging.

The work piece surface will vary greatly depending on grindstone selection, through plate speed, rotation speed of Buffing machine. First of all, we implement a polish test by a sample, and determine the condition of your requests. When everything is ready, we will proceed with the designing of your equipments. Also, our buffing machines are used for coil material and sheet strip as well.
